Well, it's official! Your student has survived their first day as a sixth grader! :)
Today was a pretty light day. The students got to know one another and the basic procedures and rules were established. They had their first day of Tech Ed. and Spanish and completed their math pre-test.
Tomorrow, we go academic! Social studies, science, reading, spelling and writing will all make their 6th grade debut for the 2010-2011 school year. Time to gear up students!
Thank you to those who have sent in the behavior form and questionnaire sheet. If we could have everyone return those by the end of next week I would be greatly appreciative.
