Strike!

We will be going on a bowling field trip on December 22, 2011 as part of our physical education curriculum. The kids have begun to work on their skills with Miss Emmer in gym class and will have to show them off on the lanes in a couple of weeks. They will also be scoring by hand (Hellooooo Math Skills!) without the aid of any electronic counting devices. We're going old school on them!

Our group will be going in the morning. Any donations of bags of chips or cookies are very welcome (please hold the peanut butter due to allergies). The kids will have pizza and pop there as well. So, not the healthiest of days, but it's a nice trip. The permission forms and money are due back as soon as possible. The minions each had a job and read one another's papers to offer advice on how to improve them.

We're also going bowling soon, so the kids are excited for that.
